The 2020-2021 Carnegie Hall Series features Principal Conductor Bernard Labadie leading the Orchestra through three concerts. This season explores the high spirits and sweet melodies of Mendelssohn, a delicate Mozart concerto, Schubert’s final symphony, plus robust music by Handel and Bach.  OSL is joined by many esteemed soloists including violinist Isabella Faust, narrator David Hyde Pierce, soprano Lauren Snouffer, mezzo-soprano Cecelia Hall, pianist Emanuel Ax, soprano Amanda Forsythe, tenor Samuel Boden, and bass-baritone Matthew Brook. The Women of the Westminster Symphonic Choir and La Chapelle de Québec join the orchestra in the first and last performance highlighting works by Mendelssohn and Handel.
