YOSL offers free string-instrument and ensemble instruction after school at PAL’s Duncan Center. Students receive daily musical instruction with OSL musicians and teaching artists, and many performance opportunities.
Children’s Orchestra—For any 3rd–5th grade student who is brand new to their instrument or has been playing for less than a year.
Youth Orchestra—For any 5–7th grade student who has been playing their instrument for a year or more and has basic music-reading skills.
YOSL students from all sites rehearse together on the first Saturday of each month at The DiMenna Center for Classical Music.
